The Initial Meeting

Complete the Contact Form and I’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call soon after.

The Planning Phase

We’ll meet for a 1-hour virtual meeting. You share all of your dreams for your vacation.

I begin planning and then present options. (My expertise shines here!)

You determine the final itinerary and then I book and finalize everything. Yes, everything!

The Preperation

I check in with you at 6 months, 90 days, and 45 days prior to vacation. This ensures that nothing is left out or forgotten. It’s also the best time to add those pre- or post-cruise days you've been thinking about!

I send all travel documents to you 30 days before departure.

The Journey

A week before your departure until the day you return home, I’m available for any questions for anything you need.
